The FLM project is a social impact initiative that aims to create awareness about women's rights. The project focuses on highlighting the issue of the gender pay gap and other forms of gender inequality prevalent in our society.
The campaign aims to promote the FLM label by imprinting it on a Doc Martin sole, which can be a unique and effective way of marketing the message throughout the city. This initiative is not just a typical brand PR campaign but a rare attempt to include women-facing campaigns to help implement the idea of gender equality in our community.
The FLM project was awarded the Social Impact category by AIGA flux Baltimore in 2023, which recognizes the project's commitment to creating a positive impact on society and promoting gender equality.
