Hello! My name is Youser Kassim pronounced as You-sir ka-seem.
I'm a Chicago-based graphic designer with almost a year of experience working at a full-service agency. I have experience as a web content migration specialist at Express Employment International Headquarters and as a designer and project manager at InkTank Studio. Additionally, I worked part-time for a year as a research assistant for Incomplēt Podcast. Through my academic and professional experience, I have developed my attention to detail, creative thinking, management, and problem-solving abilities, which have been recognized with over 30 national and local design awards.
I'm thrilled to share that I was featured in an article by PETA for their Anti-Speciesist campaign for my "Let's Switch Places" campaign. This work, deeply rooted in my passion for social impact design, has allowed me to communicate with people on a profound level. I'm also proud to have won a Mosaic award for my advocacy and diversity work on "Hijab Magazine." During my graphic design internship at Shop Good, I led two major campaigns for the 2022 Pride Festival and the Pet Rodeo nonprofit redesign.
Please get in touch with me at youserk.des@gmail.com if you have any opportunities available.
